2) Create a LettuceMeet form to collect applicants’ available times (~5 mins)

3) Create a Program record (~3 mins)

4) Edit the text in your application form (~10 mins)

5) Share your application link and demo of filling out the application (~10 mins)

6) Assign participants to cohorts (~2 hours)

7) Contact participants to let them know about their cohorts (~1 hour)
